Contact
Need help, want to report a bug or share feedback about eSport9? Email us at:
One address for everything: account and sign-in help, bugs in games or tournaments, reports of cheating or abusive content, questions about advertising, and personal-data requests (access, correct or delete your account — see the Privacy Policy).
What to include
- Your display name or username on eSport9 (never send your password or sign-in code — we will never ask for them).
- The game or tournament concerned, with the tournament link or room code if you have it.
- What happened, roughly when, and on which device and browser.
- Screenshots if you have them — they help us find problems much faster.
- For abuse reports: the reported player's name and the match or message concerned.
Response time
We read every message and usually reply within a few business days. Account deletion requests and abuse reports are handled first. We reply in Vietnamese or English.
